Are your services covered by insurance?
Lighthouse Behavioral Health is currently not accepting insurances, but will supply a superbill to any patients that request one. Patients can submit their superbill to their insurance for reimbursement or partial reimbursement if their insurance includes out-of-network coverage.
Forms of Payment accepted?
Credit card, FSA, Cash and Check
Do I need a referral?
A referral is not needed.
Do you offer telehealth visits?
Yes, For New York residents only. Initial & Follow Up Appointment visits are available via Zoom.
